What Purands Retention Suite includes

Purands Retention Suite is an agentic retention marketing platform for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands.

  • WhatsApp and email workflows that run on their own: replenishment reminders, cart recovery and win-back outreach.
  • An AI assistant that answers customer enquiries and captures customer preferences.
  • A customer profile layer built from what customers tell you, for personalised recommendations.
  • AI customer chat, business knowledge upload, staff handover and customer channel connection.

How Singapore SMEs apply

  1. Ask Purands for a quotation. Before you buy, we brief you on how the AI works and its risks, and ask you to acknowledge them.
  2. Build your solution package in IMDA's Package Builder on SMEs Go Digital, matching the quotation exactly, and confirm it with your company's Corppass.
  3. Apply on the Business Grants Portal.
  4. Sign the quotation and start the project only after your application is submitted. Purands cannot apply for or manage the grant on your behalf.
